We want you to love your Turtle Moon piece. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Return Window

Eligible items must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

1) Unworn, unused, and in original condition

2) Returned with original packaging (when applicable)

Final Sale Items

Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
(Your “final sale” categories follow the same structure as Nyaweh: items clearly marked final sale and other excluded categories as noted at purchase.)

How to Start a Return

Email turtlemoonjewelry@gmail.com with:

1) Your order number

2) The item(s) you want to return

3) The reason for return (optional but helpful)

If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or not accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or we made an error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the outcome. If approved:

-Refunds are issued to the original payment method

-Please allow time for your bank/card issuer to post the refund

Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange, contact us at turtlemoonjewelry@gmail.com and we’ll help you pick the best option based on stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email turtlemoonjewelry@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with:

1)Your order number

2) Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right.

Online Orders & In-Store Returns

Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
