Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, launches, or major sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or thresholds. If available, they will appear automatically at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, delivery times vary by carrier and service level. Typical domestic delivery estimates after processing are:
Standard shipping: typically 2–5 business days
Expedited shipping, if available: typically 1–3 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume mailing periods.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

We ship from Mystic, Connecticut, USA. Shipping availability and options depend on the address entered at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at turtlemoonjewelry@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help you locate it and advise next steps with the carrier.
Returns
We want you to love your Turtle Moon Jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To begin a return, please email us at turtlemoonjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions before you send your item back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at turtlemoonjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 30-day window may not be eligible for return.
Final sale items, custom items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory and small-batch availability. If you would like a different item, please contact us and we’ll let you know what options are available.
